01.Direct-Hire Staffing
We assist with finding and screening candidates so you can focus on running your business. Receive ongoing support: We follow up with employers and candidates through the 90-day retention milestone. Our fixed placement fees are $900 per employee without background screening or $1,000 with background screening. No upfront recruiting payment is required. Fees are divided into milestones at 15, 30, and 90 days, with the final $250 earned only upon successful 90-day retention.

03.Vocational Rehabilitation
Kingdom Staffing LLC is a private company serving as a Community Rehabilitation Provider (CRP) with Tennessee’s Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. We help individuals with disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment through job readiness training, resume assistance, interview preparation, life skills development, job placement, and ongoing support. We work with VR counselors, employers, and community partners to reduce barriers and build independence.
